Founder & President
Jeanne Stewart, MBA, SPHR, SHRM – SCP, CDP
​
Jeanne Stewart founded HR on the Move (HRoM), a consortium of business and management consultants, in 2006, after 20 years of working as a Human Resources generalist. Her background includes a wide range of business consulting experience, including organizational development, change management, organization assessments, executive development, employee relations, workplace investigations, employee benefits and compensation, training and development, staffing, process improvement, and project management.
Jeanne received her BA in Business from the University of Mt. St. Vincent in Riverdale, NY. She also received an MBA in HR Management from Iona University Hagan School of Business in New Rochelle, NY. She is certified through SHRM, as a Senior Certified Professional. Jeanne taught graduate level Strategic HR Management at St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn. Jeanne is the Government Affairs Director and a past Director of the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS SHRM). She is a Past President of the Human Resources Association of New York (NYC SHRM), New York tri-state area’s largest association of human resources practitioners. Jeanne serves as a guest lecturer and facilitator for a variety of venues and is a member of the John Maxwell Team of consultants.
Jeanne was an active member of Faith Church in Yonkers, NY since 1990 where she served as Youth Leader, Children’s Church Director, Women’s Ministry Speaker, and was a member of the Church Council as a Deaconess and a Board Member. She and her husband Tim recently moved to Briarclff Manor, NY and now attend and are active at Reach Church in White Plains, NY.

Senior HR Consultant
James E. Stoudt

James assists HR on the Move clients with a wide range of tasks including organizational design, compensation and total rewards, HR operations and services, training and leadership development, and talent acquisition. He has had a multi-track global career with senior HR generalist and total rewards roles in leading Fortune 50/Global 150 companies: GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), The Coca-Cola Company and Cigna; and multiple contracting arrangements in total rewards with Comcast Cable. He has had lengthy periods living abroad in the UK (5+ years), Singapore (5+ years) and New Zealand (~3 years). He served as a regional/global conference speaker and past member of multiple professional advisory boards. He has also served as an HR generalist consultant for small and medium sized businesses through his own company prior to joining HR on the Move where his clients have included: America's Keswick, Whiting, NJ; Avail NYC, New York, NY; Christian Union, New York, NY: New Life of New York City, New York, NY; and Redeemer City to City, New York, NY.
James’ other career track has been to provide HR consultation for global and local NGOs and faith-based organizations in North and South America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East in sectors such as medical services, education, children's ministries and reaching the urban poor.
He is also a certified Teacher of English as a Second Language and has been a long-time volunteer ESL tutor including at churches in the USA, Singapore and New Zealand.
He is a graduate of Messiah University with Honors He is a member of Old Goshenhoppen Reformed Church where he is active in various church outreach programs and volunteer efforts.

Sales Director
Robert Marrin

Robert (Rob) Marrin started Marrin’s Consulting in Jan 2021, after 20 plus years in the household moving and storage industry, in NYC and Raleigh Durham, servicing the entire nation.
After 24 years in business, Rob has developed a wide range of business knowledge and expertise, including new business development, negotiating business contracts, cultivating new lead relationships, realtor referrals, vendor procurement, sales training, and project management.
Rob received his Bachelor in Arts from The College of Mt. St. Vincent in Riverdale, NY with a Major in Business Administration. Rob is also a US army veteran, serving as an MP in the Army from 1986 -1992 with overseas duty in Central America. Rob has served in leadership roles in his church and currently is a small group leader. He enjoys many outdoor activities, and is an active player in two local hockey clubs.
Rob and his wife Carole live in Cary, NC. They are the proud parents of 4 children age 15 – 28.
Rob is the sales engine behind the team and provides customer service and sales support as as they provide HR services to a wide range of churches and ministries.

Workplace Investigations & Training Specialist
Rolando Aviles Jr.

Mr. Aviles is a strategic human resources professional with over 15 plus years in not-for-profit and the government sector. Rolando has extensive experience in workplace investigations and training in both Spanish and English. He is the owner and founder of Complete HR Consulting, LLC. located in the Bronx. Rolando has held a broad range of progressive, managerial positions in non-profit, social-service agencies serving the NY tri-state area. Some of his previous employers include Weston United Community Renewal, VIP Community Services, Oz Moving and Storage, Community Association of Progressive Dominicans, Volunteers of America and the Department of Human Resources for the NYC Office of the Mayor.

Rolando was raised in a Christian home. He had an encounter with God in His mid 20s that tranformed his life. Rolando and his wife Ellis served for many years as Children's Ministry Pastors in a Spanish speaking church in the Bronx. They currently serve as a family in Liquid Church, specifically supporting families with special needs children as well as panish speaking families. They have three wonderful children, Sarah 16, Joshua 12, and Noah 11.
Rolando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management from Monroe College and he earned his Master of Business Administration, Business Management from the King Graduate School of Business. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Rolando was a Board Member of Bronx Community Board 4, Civil Rights and Social Action Committee from 2015 – 2019. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the NYC SHRM Chapter (NYC/HR).

Recruiting & Employee Relations Specialist
Rachael Boone

Rachael assists HR on the Move clients with a wide range of tasks including organizational design, talent acquisition, HR operations and services, and training and leadership development.
She has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 technology companies such as IBM and Thermo Fisher Scientific. She has over 20 years of expertise in both private and non-profit organizations as a respected consultant in all areas of human resources management, recruitment, corporate compliance, executive coaching, diversity, and quality management outcomes for staff and company growth and development. Rachael is also a certified consultant of the John Maxwell Team and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), CCP, Certified Coach Practitioner and Certified Trainer.
Rachael is the CEO and Founder of BeEvolvedHR a Human Resources and Leadership Coaching consultancy based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Rachael’s company vision was created out of her desire to inspire, empower & educate entrepreneurs, leaders and aspiring leaders. She accelerates their personal and professional growth and takes great pride mentoring them along their journey as their educator and trainer. Rachael teaches, speaks and coaches individuals and companies with the necessary skills to become grounded in all human interactions while leveraging the advantages of technology.
She earned a B.A. Public Administration, and an M.S Information Systems with a Concentration in Project Management from North Carolina Central University.
Rachael demonstrates her personal investment in her own community by “paying it forward” and serving as a volunteer who created mentor programs to serve youth in underserved communities. Rachael ensures that these youth have exposure to skills, knowledge, and training that will allow them to break cycles of poverty, to increase their hope, and to reinforce the fact that someone cares about them.
